Effective: May 2026Coordinare provides free site operations tools for independent clinical research sites, including feasibility automation, budget generation, study organization, task management, and GCP training. Coordinare is a technology platform — not a clinical research organization or legal entity providing regulatory advice.
Some Coordinare tools may use AI to assist with clinical trial site operations tasks when those features are enabled. AI-assisted outputs, including feasibility responses and budget support, are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
All AI-assisted output must be reviewed and verified by qualified personnel before use. Coordinare does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-assisted content for any specific purpose. For guaranteed, human-reviewed results, contact DSCS Sweat Equity for professional consulting services.
Users should not rely on AI-assisted content as a substitute for professional clinical research expertise, legal counsel, or regulatory guidance.
Coordinare is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not maintain a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with users. You must not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) — including patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other patient-identifiable data — into any Coordinare tool.

Coordinare accounts are free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in misuse of the platform.

Coordinare content, design, and code are the property of Coordinare and DSCS. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose platform content without authorization. GCP and Cultural Competency training content may be used for personal educational purposes only.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Coordinare after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
